The contest is open to students of all business schools. There is no entrance fee for the contest.

The business idea could be in any industry/sector. However, the macroeconomic setting for the business is India, and the participants should keep this in mind.

Conventional and non-conventional plans are eligible for the competition, provided these are for new ventures/new businesses.

Plans for mergers, acquisitions or joint ventures with an existing entity will not be considered.

There is no restriction on submitting the same B-plan to other B-plan Competitions.

Contestants are allowed to submit more than one B-plan.

Acknowledgment receipt mails will be sent to all contesting teams once their Business plan is received.

Requests for revaluation of Business plan or extension of deadlines will not be entertained.

The Organizers are not liable for any failure of the e-mail provider/network in case of non-receipt of Business plan within the deadline.
